Mr. Mahoney brings over 15 years of experience from the high tech industry in areas including Business Development, Venture Capital, Project Management Marketing and Team development. Mr. Mahoney’s most recent experience was the co-founding of Technology Network, a Business development and Team Building organization. With humble beginnings and with just two people, it eventually grew to over thirty five employees and revenues above 5 million dollars in 2001. Mr. Mahoney will be working out of the Chesser Mortgage Group’s Downtown Los Angeles Office, serving clients in Real Estate transactions throughout Southern California, where he is a veteran of multiple complex real estate transactions. Clients include top Realtors, CPA’s, Attorneys and Business Managers-those who value quality performance and efficiency. Mr. Mahoney specializes in Jumbo loans ($300,000-$5,000,000) for properties in the Greater Los Angeles area and beyond. Areas of specialty include Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Hancock Park and Calabasas, among others. Mr. Mahoney is married with two young children and lives in the Hollywood Hills.
