Sean P. Maloney currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and Sales for the Chesser Group, a residential real estate financing company. His experience was born during his 7 years as a founding member and Business Operations Manager of a mortgage brokerage start-up that grew to become the 3rd largest firm in Los Angeles under his assisted leadership. Concurrently, Mr. Maloney operates as the Vice President of Acquisitions for Apartment Income Investors, an affiliated corporation of the Chesser Group and real estate investment and fund management firm. Mr. Maloney has also served several other start-up ventures, most recently as the Vice President of Business Development for a technology consulting firm that served the Oil & Gas industry and as a Business Development Manager at Respond.com. Mr. Maloney received his BS from The University of Southern California where he completed the Entrepreneurship Program at the Marshall School of Business, and obtained his MBA from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Outside of his business interests, Mr. Maloney is the founder and chairman of the Lionel P. Maloney Scholarship Fund, which raises scholarship funds for disadvantaged high school students. Mr. Maloney also serves as an Alumni Admissions Volunteer for U.S.C. and as the Los Angeles Alumni Admissions Coordinator for The McCombs Graduate School of Business at The University of Texas. His personal interests include reading, traveling, surfing, golfing, snow boarding and Los Angeles Lakers basketball. |
