Michael Chesser, CPA has had three successful careers: First, as a CPA practicing for 15 years; second, as a real estate investor, currently overseeing a portfolio of 120 apartment units; and finally, as a mortgage professional, closing 300 loans in 2002. He has been a trusted business advisor to many outstanding corporations, civic organizations and successful individuals in Southern California. Michael is highly experienced in all facets of finance, deal structures, and tax implications; he can use his unique background to assist in all types of financing. Prior to selling his accounting practice in 1997, Michael Chesser specialized in counseling entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals, while gaining a reputation for tackling tough financial problems and difficult government audits. He started at JLC as a supervisor and rose to the level of Senior Manager before starting his own firm in 1993. Mr. Chesser is the founder of the Chesser Mortgage Group and is assisting others in his philosophy of being a mortgage consultant to give CPA-like service to those in need of loans.
