Erik was born and raised in Southern California. He is married with two teenage daughters. Erik has an extensive business background. His family founded a very successful printing company in 1974. By 1985, the company grew to be the 3rd largest print/copy center in the U.S. Erik rose to Vice President of Operations, overseeing the expansion and growth to three locations doing $3,500,000 in annual sales. He became President of the company in 1990 and then sold the company to a national printing conglomerate. Erik has been extremely active in community affairs, having served on the board of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Santa Monica, and the Santa Monica Boys and Girls Club Council. In 1995 Erik was the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award given annually since 1931 to the Outstanding Young Businessman in Santa Monica. Erik splits his time between our Oxnard and Las Vegas, offices where he is the Nevada Regional Manager. He and his wife Rita reside in Las Vegas where she is Vice President of the Howard Hughes Corporation in charge of Real Estate development. Erik is a veteran of multiple Real Estate transactions in California, Nevada, Colorado, and Hawaii, and currently owns several rental properties. He is one of the top Loan Officers at the Chesser Group, and has a keen sense of understanding client needs and matching them with the right loan program. |
