David first obtained his real estate salesman’s license at the age of 18 while working for his father’s real estate company. Now a licensed real estate broker, David’s diverse real estate experience includes property management, commercial sales, leasing, and conducting real estate auctions. David is also a licensed California attorney with over 15 years experience assisting clients with complex real estate related transactions and litigation, the last six years of which were with the national law firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi LLP.

David earned his undergraduate degree in finance, summa cum laude, from Boston University and his J. D. degree from the University of Southern California.

In addition to getting his clients the most competitive rates possible, David takes pride in using his experience and expertise to anticipate and resolve issues to ensure that his clients’ transactions appear as simple and seamless as possible. David works out of the Chesser Group’s downtown Los Angeles office. David and his wife became first time parents in 2002. In their spare time, David and his wife enjoy camping, water skiing and are avid hockey fans.
